Schools

Garfield is a friendly one form entry primary school in South Wimbledon. The original building dates from 1956 with several more recent additions. The school is surrounded by a park on one side and the River Wandle on another, and boasts extensive tree-lined grounds with an adventure playground. The school is very well resourced including in ICT. The school has a friendly atmosphere in which all of the school community knows one another. At Garfield we pride ourselves on our positive ethos in which each child is encouraged to reach his or her potential. Garfield is committed to providing the best education for the 21st century.
